    good old petroleum jelly… use it just like chap stick and if you put it on before and after you get in the shower it will help lock in more moisture

    Ok listen. I am practically a lip doctor. Listen to me. I helped tons of people, and I have pretty stubborn lips too. Ok. Buy exactly what I say. Herpecin L. Helps a lot. And, if this wont work, Lypsyl chap stick.
