I have been recently initiated into the world of rice cookers and I didn’t want to spend too much in the beginning. A friend recommended “Tayama Rice Cooker“, so, I decided to try it. I have been using it but, though the rice cooks pretty decently, the condensation droplets are something to be careful of. As soon as the lid is lifted, the moisture starts dripping and if I am not fast enough, it drops on my just cooked rice making it soggy. Now, with experience, of course, I quickly whip off the lid but, still, Tayama Rice Cooker is quite cumbersome.
